Create concept art for characters, costumes, monsters, weapons, items, etc., required for online and mobile game development and live services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Character Concept Art: Designs characters' personality, role, silhouette, and visual identity to match the game's world, producing sheets ready for 3D production.
- Costume Concept Art: Designs costumes' silhouette, material, and details to fit each character, providing production-ready guidelines for other departments.
- Business Model (BM) Concept Art: Designs marketable character skins and items timed to seasons, events, and trends for the live service roadmap.
- Creature and Monster Concept Art: Designs creatures' ecology, role, and form to match the game's world, providing production-ready guidelines for 3D assets.
- Weapon and Item Concept Art: Designs weapons, accessories, and items based on function and character fit, providing production-ready guidelines for other departments.
- Illustration: Produces polished 2D visuals that capture the game's world and concept for use in promotion and marketing.
We are looking for someone with these capabilities (required):
- Individuals with an understanding of concept art and the ability to create detailed and aesthetically pleasing designs, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Those capable of producing creative and consistent designs within given art guidelines and worldview direction.
