Responsibilities:
- Use market research as a benchmark and identify evolving best practices and implementations
- Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of experiments
- Write high-quality, detailed, actionable spec documents and provide thoughtful feedback on others’ work
- Communicate with leadership to provide regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas via surveys, player studies, and limited market tests
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in game design or product management
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Desire to lead cutting-edge and challenging initiatives
- Ability to articulate complex and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and cultivating relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management skills
- Experience with mobile game development and industry strategies
- Experience in managing, developing, and growing a high-performance team is a bonus
- Proficient in coaching and mentorship
- Ability to balance work across multiple initiatives
- An innate love for games
