Growth Marketing Manager - Mobile

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be an important driver in helping our marketing, product and engineering teams grow the future of Roblox. You'll partner with marketers, data scientists, product managers, engineers and leaders across the company to grow Roblox's user base, re-engage users, and drive successful campaigns.

 

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing and be based in our San Mateo, CA office.

 

You will:

 

  • Manage the day-to-day media buying and optimization across advertising channels for new user acquisition, retargeting and paid influencer campaigns.
  • Explore and test new paid channels/partners to diversify media allocation and lead incremental users.
  • Partner with the brand marketing organization to infuse all branding through all touchpoints of the user funnel.
  • Drive user personalization for new users by identifying segmentation and optimizing ad personalization leveraging ad-tech.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partner closely with product, engineering, data science and design teams to establish product led growth strategy.
  • Improve and build business processes to enable speed and impact.

 


You have:

 

  • 4+ years of experience directly building successful high-growth campaigns that shape the company's growth trajectory.
  • Expertise in growth marketing or user acquisition with focus on app install campaigns and ASO.
  • Expertise in mobile attribution, fraud detection and deep-linking.
  • SQL proficiency is a must, ability to pull, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data.
  • Strong understanding of incrementality, coefficients, ARPU and user LTV.
  • Analytical and quantitative mindset. Data-driven results are at the forefront of all decisions. Ability to partner closely with Data Science to set up experiments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and get buy-in to influence the product roadmap.
  • Knowledge of up to date ad tech (data clean room, gen ai, etc) and advertising products to yield scalability.
