As part of the SGS team, you will work alongside the best global gaming talents who have relocated to Riyadh to be part of the ambitious group, and innovative, passionate, and hardworking Saudis.

 

SGS is seeking a Monetization Manager to drive ongoing revenues across the SGS games catalog, ensuring fair deals for players. The Monetization Manager will own the Revenue and the strategic KPIs (ARPU, LTV, DAU,…) and plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay aligned with the retention and monetization KPIs targets. S/he will work closely with the Production team and the game developers throughout the product lifecycle to inform on best practices and will have a key role in influencing the games development milestone roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • According to the Production roadmap and considering data analysis, highlight opportunities, build relevant monetization strategies and execute them.
  • Set up and monitor the relevant KPIs and adapt assets and content accordingly.
  • Guide the creation and usage of game telemetry, sales, and marketing data to influence decision-making.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and discoveries with the Production, Marketing, and Management teams.
  • Be hands-on with data analysis and inform the stakeholders of recommendations for data use.
  • Report back daily on KPIs and advise on strategic plans (Production and Marketing).
  • Identify revenue-generating business opportunities.
  • Develop and propose innovative marketing programs, content, and initiatives to increase LTV.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Minimum two years of experience in monetization in the mobile gaming industry. Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A successful experience in developing and driving high-level strategic initiatives, managing a mobile apps portfolio, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints and Production ideas/content.
  • Extensive experience in using and understanding data analytics. As well as using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to assess and report site and channel performance.
  • Be an excellent communicator and currently generate reports/dashboards.
  • Be able to manage multiple data sets to effectively provide reporting and insights that will influence the monetization plan.
  • Experience in following complex projects and developing and implementing a KPI- and data-driven system.
