We are hiring an experienced Program Director who will help us build and scale an innovative 3D streaming solution for a number of industries.
The main tasks would be establishing a straightforward process, developing and aligning the strategy and goals of different departments, communicating value, and building a system, which will allow 80 Level to help roll out and effectively monetize an innovative cloud streaming solution for arch viz.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the existing vision of the cloud streaming solution
- Contribute to formulating and establishing operations flow, and go-to-market plan for the rollout of the solution
- Help build a team of individuals, who can scale this solution to a number of existing industries
- Drive the solution to a profitable level
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships
- Leverage existing and future relationships in order to evangelize our solution and generate partnerships
- Work cross-functionally within sales and across the organization to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master’s degree is a plus)
- 5 -10+ years of relevant experience in program management, including experience leading large and complex programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions and solve problems
- Deep understanding of the industry and program-specific challenges, including familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices
- Experience managing budgets and financial resources effectively
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to the organization's mission and values, and a desire to make a positive impact on society
