3D modeler and scripter Baidhir Hidair has released the 0.8 beta version of CREASE – a tool for Hard-Surface modeling in Autodesk Maya. The software is available for $8 on Gumroad.com.

He designed CreasePlus to improve the boolean workflow. Hidair wanted the tool to allow modeling principal shapes with interactive booleans and finish the work with Solid Bevel, ShapeShifter, Zbrush and other software. Baidhir promised to release free updates for CreasePlus.

CreasePlus is compatible with Maya 2016, 2016 Extension 2, 2017 and 2017LT. The tool is available only on Windows, but a Mac version can be made in the future.
