Unreal Engine 4: Deus Praetorium
This project was created by the Drka-Drka team that consists of Kirill Kravchenko and Daniel Copytsko from Heyworks studio. It is and entry for the Throne Room Challenge from Allegorithmic and Polycount 3D. To create it they used 3ds Max, Marmoset Toolbag 2, Photoshop, Quixel Suite, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Xnormal and Zbrush. The rendering was done in Unreal Engine 4.
