Well, an official announcement of these games is yet to be provided by the company.

It seems that Randel Reiss, a former employee of Gearbox, has provided evidence that the upcoming Borderlands games exist. Reiss, who held the position of Studio Technical Director at Lost Boys Interactive, a subsidiary of Gearbox Software, for a short period in 2022, has disclosed his involvement in both Borderlands 4 and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands 2 on his LinkedIn profile (and later edited the information). That's interesting since these games have not been officially announced to the public at this time.

While fans have been expecting a sequel to Borderlands 3, it's reassuring to see some form of confirmation through Reiss's profile. However, what truly catches attention is the accidental leak of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands 2, a sequel to the D&D-inspired shooter spin-off.

It's important to note that the mention of these games on Reiss's LinkedIn does not necessarily mean a close reveal. These details have been on his profile for some time and are only now gaining attention. As a result, there is no concrete evidence to suggest that official announcements for Borderlands 4 and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands 2 are imminent. So it seems that fans will have to remain patient for further updates from Gearbox.
