Gumroad user artzarkua collected a huge amount of references and put them into one database available for free. The author says the images are taken from Character Design References' Pinterest, Frame by Frame's Tumblr, and FramebyFrame's Twitter and then sorted.
You can find all kinds of references there, including cartoon and anime ones. There is also a folder containing animation frames as a backup for animators.
