The generator can adapt to the landscape and is able to slightly change the terrain if required.
3D Artist and Blender enthusiast Miettinen Jesse a.k.a. Blenderesse, known for stunning procedural works, has unveiled yet another project made with Blender's Geometry Nodes. This time, the artist has managed to set up a bridge generator that can adapt to the landscape and is able to slightly change the terrain if required.
The author comments that to create the bridges, the curve is converted to mesh and Raycast or Proximity separate the parts that don't touch the ground. The ground itself has its own deformation Geometry Nodes and another object is creating the roads and bridges, with both using the same path.
