A team that stands behind award-winning physics bridge-building puzzle games, the Poly Bridge series, is looking for a Lead Artist with a strong artistic vision and 3D modeling skills to empower the studio and work on the upcoming IP.
This is a long-term remote-based contract. The Dry Cactus studio is headquartered in a small town in New Zealand and it's mostly a remote team, however, if you wish to join the colleagues on-site, they can help you with the relocation to the coasts of New Zealand.
The studio is well-known for its previous work on the Poly Bridge series. You may check out the most recent game here as the upcoming project is a follow-up in a similar visual style.
Currently, the team is seeking an experienced and skilled 3D artist, who will be in charge of the artistic vision for the upcoming title and will empower the team with the expertise. For this role, the studio is looking for an Art Lead that has a strong artistic vision and 3D modeling skills, someone who has plenty of experience working in the games industry and understands the creative process of a video game, both technically and aesthetically.
