EmberGen Gets New Update and Training Sessions

JangaFX announced the launch of EmberGen 0.7.5 pre-release 4 which is available via the official Discord server for all licensed users. The latest version is said to improve the export process, add 20 new presets, and more.

The EmberGen team also shared a couple of training sessions that will tell you more about using the tool for different complex simulations. One of these sessions was hosted by Gnomon – the school invited JangaFX Founder Nick Seavert who discussed the software and showed the variety of effects EmberGen can create. You can find the new sessions below.

EmberGen is a real-time volumetric fluid simulation tool that lets artists simulate, render, and export flipbooks, image sequences, and VDB volumes. You can create a variety of effects: anything from fire and smoke to explosions and magic wisps.
