Epic MegaGrants Program Update

Epic Games has provided over $42 million to 600+ recipients as a part of MegaGrants.

Epic Games has shared some results on its MegaGrants support program. The $100 million program aims to help talents across the globe create projects in Unreal Engine, tools, and open-source software by offering financial support. As for now, the company has given over $42 million to more than 600+ recipients who took part in the program.

Alongside with it, Epic also revealed the extended partnership with AMD on the support program. AMD will give 200 Ryzen™ 7 3800X desktop processors in a giveaway to all recipients. The giveaway has no deadline and requires online submission only.

"We couldn't be happier to welcome AMD as our newest Epic MegaGrants contributor. Software development requires high-performance computing solutions, and giving easier access to Ryzen processors to more creators supports our goal to help people succeed".
