Sony confirmed the rumors.
Sony will release one of its biggest PlayStation 4 releases for PC users. Hermen Hulst, the head of Sony Worldwide Studios, confirmed that Horizon: Zero Dawn’s port is happening in a PlayStation blog. The game will be available this summer.
It was originally released on PlayStation 4 in 2017 becoming one of the most popular games of the current generation of consoles.
"Yes, I can confirm that Horizon Zero Dawn is coming to PC this summer," Hulst wrote. "There will be more information coming from Guerrilla, [and] from the new studio directors pretty soon.”
Please note that the company doesn’t plan to port all of its games to PCs just yet.
“Releasing one first-party AAA title to PC doesn’t necessarily mean that every game now will come to PC,” added Hulst. “In my mind, Horizon Zero Dawn was just a great fit in this particular instance. We don’t have plans for day and date, and we remain 100% committed to dedicated hardware.”
