Publisher of indie games tinyBuild announced it is providing employees with unlimited paid time off. The new policy will be introduced as an experiment and its results will be summed up at the end of 2022.
Several divisions of indie games publisher tinyBuild provided employees with unlimited vacations as a part of an experiment that will continue till the end of 2022.
tinyBuild founder and CEO Alex Nichiporchik announced the news on Twitter adding that unlimited paid time off will be first granted to employees of two tinyBuild studios and its publishing unit. He didn't specify which studios will take part in the experiment.
"People shouldn't worry about how many paid days off they have left in a year. Life need living," Nichiporchik wrote.
