Work-in-Progress City Generator Made With Geometry Nodes

Miettinen Jesse showed the first iteration of a cool Blender-made city generator.

3D Artist and Blender enthusiast Miettinen Jesse, a.k.a. Blenderesse, has recently showcased an awesome work-in-progress city generator, currently being developed with Blender. Powered by the software's Geometry Nodes toolset, the generator can create a large variety of buildings, roads that can go in any direction, and other miscellaneous objects commonly found in cities, such as signs, lampposts, traffic lights, and trees. According to the artist, the demonstrated version of the generator is only the "first test round", meaning the project will be further refined and enhanced in the near future.

Previously, the author had also revealed a stunning castle generator, a freezing effect, a tool for scattering pigeons, a wind-blown tree, a Geometry Nodes-powered bridge generator that can adapt to the landscape, a cool-looking wave simulation, an amazing cottage generator built in Blender, and more. You can find all these projects and more by visiting the artist's Twitter page.
