What is Revenue Sharing?

Revenue sharing is an incentivized compensation program that awards a specific project’s contractors and employees a percentage of the company's revenue earned on a specific venture or project.
The amount awarded is based on the company's earnings over a set period of time and under specific conditions set forth by the company.
The goal of this tool is to create an additional incentive for project teams to grow the business where everyone wins when a game or project is a success.
