- We will remove or correct immediately your personal data at your request. You have the right to demand correction of your inaccurate personal data without undue delay on our part (Accuracy).
Like most website operators, we collect device information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request (“non-Personal Information”). Our purpose in collecting device information is to understand better how our visitors use our Site. From time to time, we may release non-Personal Information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our Site.
Gathering of Personal Information

80 level processes the following categories of Personal Information:
- Your identity and profile information,
- Your email address if you use it to set up your account or provide it to subscribe to our newsletter;
- Your social media profile information if you choose to sign up via, or to link, your social media account (including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). For example, if you are signing up via Facebook Connect, 80 level will process your Facebook information (this will authenticate your identity and link your Facebook Profile information, such as your name and email address),
- Your payment information (including credit card information) to collect payment for purchases made through the Site,
- Your Internet Protocol address (IP address), geolocation, version of software installed, system type, the content and pages accessed on the website, dates and times of visits of the website, fingerprint of the user’s device and IP (identification of position);
- “Cookies information” of the user (session and persistent cookie files); and
- Your communications: when you communicate with us by email, mail, telephone, or through/via the Site, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.
Purposes and Legal Basis for the Processing
Provide you with access to the Site. This includes ensuring that (a) the Site is being presented in the most effective manner for you, making the Site easier for you to use and providing you with a smooth, efficient, safe, and tailored experience, and (b) you may participate in interactive features of the Site, should you choose to do so.
Process payments for services and complete other Services-related purchases and payments
Administer the Site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical purposes.
Legitimate Interests. We process your information for our legitimate interests while applying appropriate safeguards that protect your privacy. We do not rent or sell Personal Information to anyone. If you are a registered user of the Site and agreed to receive email communications from us, we may occasionally send you an email to (a) tell you about new features, (b) solicit your feedback, (c) manage your personal account with us, (d) contact you regarding any offers from 80 level, (e) keep you up to date with 80 level news and products (f) invite you to take part in our surveys, or (g) tell you more about our other projects and initiatives, (e.g., 80 LV 3D Gallery, 80 LV Talent, etc.).
If you have agreed to receive email communications from our partners, the list of which can be found in the Communication Preferences section of your account, you may occasionally receive emails with the latest announcements from the entertainment industry, news, surveys, and special offers from these companies.
Our legal basis for sending you marketing communications via email is your consent.
You can opt out of these emails whenever you feel like it by (a) updating your Communication Preferences in your Account; (b) using the opt-out mechanism provided in our marketing emails; or (c) contacting us with your request (see the Contact Information section below). If you send us a request, we reserve the right to publish it to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Aggregated Statistics. We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors on the Site (“Statistics”). Sharing your Personal Information
We disclose Personal Information only to our employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (a) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services available on our Site and (b) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees and contractors may be located outside of your home country; by using our Site, you give 80 level your consent to the transfer of such information to them.
We may share Statistics with advertisers. If we do so, only general statistics in an aggregate manner are shared with advertisers, not any of your Personal Information. The presentation of Statistics to advertisers helps explain the specifics and demographics of our audience.
Use of the Site is not intended for children. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Site and must not attempt to register an account or submit any personal data to us. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 or under the minimum legal age under local legal requirements in the state, province, or jurisdiction of residence (“Child”). If you are under the age of 16 or other minimum legal age, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Site. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 80 level does not currently disclose any information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
Additionally, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may request, up to two (2) times per year:
- the categories and specific pieces of data that 80 level has collected about you;
- the categories of sources from which your data was collected;
- the categories of third parties to which your data has been disclosed or sold; and

Subject to certain limitations, you further have the right to:
- request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of personal information 80 level collects, uses, and discloses about you;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- opt out of any sales of your personal information;
- correct inaccuracies in your personal information held by 80 level; and
- limit certain uses or disclosures of your sensitive personal information.
We do not consider the ways we share your information to be a “sale” for purposes of California law, and we will not sell it without providing a right to opt-out.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices, although some of the functionality and features available on the Site may change or no longer be available to you due to any deletions of your personal information.
We will maintain and use anonymized information in the de-identified form and not attempt to re-identify the information, except that we may attempt to re-identify the information solely to determine whether our de-identification processes satisfy the requirements of the California Privacy Rights Act.
80 level does not currently sell your covered information as defined under applicable Nevada law and will not sell it without providing a right to opt-out.

- Access and delete certain personal information;
