The demo, uploaded by Johnathon Selstad, who is now a Principal Software Engineer at Ultraleap, showcases the cutting-edge technology of that time, demonstrates UE3's lighting capabilities, the Ambient Occlusion technology, its ability to support huge crowds, soft-body physics, destructible environments, and many other features that were innovative at the time.
