Blender: KeyMesh Feature in Development

Daniel Martínez Lara and Pablo Dobarro are working on a cool new feature for Blender.

The project is called KeyMesh and it is a new experimental tool for Blender that will allow artists to create a different mesh per frame in the same object. The team believes that together with the new Blender pose sculpt tools it will allow for a lot of possible workflows (clay animation, for example).

It's still a very early concept, of course, but just imagine the possibilities here. We're sure Daniel Martínez Lara and Pablo Dobarro will set up a crazy new feature.
