Less than 70 players managed to achieve it.

The Platinum Trophy of Concord, an action FPS developed by Firewalk Studios and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, might become one of the rarest, as less than 5% of its players achieved it.
According to the statistics, only 69 players, which is 4.51% of the ultimate game's players number, obtained all of the game's trophies. It is labeled on PSNP as "ultra rare." Separate in-game trophies are also relatively hard to achieve, as most of them labeled as "uncommon," with around 30% achievers.
The game was canceled just two weeks after its launch, having sold only 25,000 copies and failing to reach more than 700 concurrent players. Firewalk Studios' Director Ryan Ellis has issued an official statement, in which he acknowledged that Concord's launch did not go as Sony and Firewalk had planned. Due to the short period of the game's availability, its player database isn't huge, but even with these figures the number of the Platinum Trophy achievers might make it one of the rarest trophies.
