Raised by Monsters and Peris Digital showcased the fruit of their collaboration.
Photogrammetry and digital doubles company Peris Digital and motion capture studio Raised by Monsters presented a digital clothing technical demo made in Unreal Engine 5.
To create this result, the companies scanned, retopologized, and rigged eight pieces of clothing, trying to show the stability in the frame rate of photogrammetric clothing on a MetaHuman.
Peris Digital specializes in digitalizing costumes to adapt them to various video game characters. It has two photogrammetry rigs with 144 cameras each, a full-frame Sony Alpha 7C, and a team of professionals for retopology and rigging. The assets Peris Digital produces can be combined with any 3D elements for a more customized result.
The Peris Costumes startup has collaborated with many costume designers working on popular shows, including House of the Dragon, Cruella, and Dune.
