Lost Boys Interactive has lost many workers "at all levels."

By now, news of Embracer cutting jobs is a familiar occurrence, which doesn't make it less sad. This time, a "sizable portion" of Lost Boys Interactive has fallen under the corporate knife.
Lost Boys helped Gearbox with Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and was then acquired by the Embracer-owned company, and now the studio has (or had) around 400 employees.
“It seems a sizable portion of Lost Boys Interactive was laid off today, including myself,” said Jared Pace, former producer at Lost Boys Interactive. “Still trying to understand the scope of it all, but sadly this is a song and dance we're all familiar with.”
Pace told Aftermath these layoffs “affected all disciplines at all levels,” although it's not clear how many people have been affected and how it will impact the Tiny Tina's Wonderlands sequel.
“It was an absolutely fantastic time full of challenges and beautiful friendships,” said Spicer McElroy, former art director at Lost Boys. “If you see anyone from Lost Boys looking for work, grab them immediately. They are the most amazing group of artists I've ever worked with.”
This is far from the first batch of cuts from Embracer, and I'm pretty sure more is to come. Last year, the company promised to restructure, downsize, and close some teams, and it's been faithful to the statement so far. The layoffs are part of its restructuring efforts, which seem to be bearing fruit. Embracer calls the cut an "agonizing" but "necessary" process, with 3D Realms and Slipgate Ironworks becoming recent victims in December.
