Epic Games Released Project Titan Unreal Engine 5 Sample Game

Dive in and explore the result of the global collaborative art jam.

If you're not familiar with Project Titan, it was a unique collaborative art jam hosted by Epic Games earlier this year, inviting artists of all kinds, regardless of skill level or area of expertise, to fill a base open-world landscape with their creations.

More than 4,000 participants signed up to contribute to Project Titan, 64 square kilometers in size, featuring nine different biomes packed full of various characters and assets. Now, that world is available for you to explore and learn from. Watch the reel above to get a glimpse of what you can expect to discover in the sample.

Over the course of the project's ten weeks, Epic and game industry experts supported participants through 56 training videos covering many areas of game development. These tutorials are invaluable for anyone aiming to create expansive open worlds, offering tips, tricks, and insights directly from industry professionals. You can watch the recordings on the Epic Developer Community and use them to sharpen your world-building skills.

Also, you can check out some of the stunning work contributed by the talented Project Titan participants in ArtStation's Project Titan Art Blast.
