It will be available in November.
343 Industries has revealed that the FPS multiplayer Halo Infinite will have a third-person perspective mode, which will debut in November.
The announcement is followed by a gameplay video demonstrating what the new mode would look like. It is a zoomed-out camera perspective reminiscent of the Fortnite style. There is not much detail about the mode yet, but the video suggests that players would be able to switch between perspectives.
The comments to the post are diverse, but some fans were apparently anticipating this option, as before, a modder Davide Di Fortunato created a mode that allows players to experience Halo Infinite in the third person, titled Halo 2: Anniversary Third Person.
Yesterday, 343 Industries also made a striking announcement, sharing that the company is rebranding as Halo Studios and switching from their proprietary Slipspace Engine to Unreal Engine, which will be used for all future Halo games.

Also, there were rumors that 343 Industries abandoned the development of Halo Infinite, which the studio denied.
