Silo brings non-destructive modifiers while Milo upgrades to Unreal Engine 5.
In case you missed it
Nevercenter launched Silo 2023, a 3D modeling application, and Milo 2023, a real-time renderer and VR viewer.
The new version of Silo introduces procedural modeling with non-destructive modifiers that can be tweaked and switched as you go. The initial set includes bevels, extrusions, edge creasing, triangulation, deformations, and more.
The major change in Milo 2023 is that it now operates on Unreal Engine 5. The update improves ray tracing and volumetric clouds, brings global illumination cast from the floor in the Color Room and better rendering.
The creators also added Lightbox and Ring Light lighting rigs with soft shadows designed for ray tracing.
