Your privacy is critically important to us. At 80 level we have a few fundamental principles:
- We process your data on legal, fair and transparent basis. Any information about the purposes, methods and volumes of processing of personal data we set out as accessible and simple as possible (Legitimacy, fairness and transparency);
- We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it (Minimization);
- We do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights (Integrity and confidentiality);
- We do not store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services (Restriction of storage);
- We will remove or correct immediately your personal data at your request. You have the right to demand correction of your inaccurate personal data without undue delay on our part (Accuracy).
Like most website operators, we collect device information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request (“non-Personal Information”). Our purpose in collecting device information is to better understand how our visitors use our Site. From time to time, we may release non-Personal Information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our Site.
Gathering of Personal Information
Certain Site visitors choose to interact with us or our users in ways that require us to gather Personal Information. Most of the Personal Information is collected during the registration process. 80 level processes the following categories of Personal Information:

- Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter;
- Your social media profile information if you choose to sign up via, or to link, your social media account (including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). For example, if you are signing up via Facebook connect, 80 level will process your Facebook information (this will authenticate your identity and link your Facebook Profile information, such as your name and email address),
- Your payment information (including credit card information) to collect payment for purchases made through the Site,
- Your Internet Protocol address (IP address), geolocation, version of software installed, system type, the content and pages accessed on the website, dates and times of visits of the website, fingerprint of the user’s device and IP (identification of position);
- “Cookies information” of the user (session and persistent cookie files); and
- Your communications: when you communicate with us by email, mail, telephone, or through/via the Site, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.
Purposes and Legal Basis for the Processing
Provide you with access to the Site. This includes ensuring that (a) the Site is being presented in the most effective manner for you, making the Site easier for you to use and to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe and tailored experience, and (b) you may participate in interactive features of the Site, should you choose to do so.
Process payments for services, and complete other Services-related purchases and payments
Administer the Site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical purposes.

Aggregated Statistics. We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors on the Site (“Statistics”). Sharing your Personal Information

Use of the Site is not intended for children. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Site and must not attempt to register an account or submit any personal data to us. We will respond to your request within 45 days.
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may retain your Personal Information after we cease providing our services to you, even if you delete your account, to the extent necessary to fulfill your request (for example, keeping your email address to make sure it’s not on our mailing list); to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; for the purpose of fraud monitoring, detection and prevention; to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations; to enforce our agreements; or where we are required to retain the data by our contractual commitments to our partners. Where we retain data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.

In order to further enhance the user experience, we allow users to comment on the Site, enabling users to discuss, contribute to topics posted on the Site and interact with each other. - the categories of third parties to which your data has been disclosed or sold; and

Subject to certain limitations, you further have the right to:
- request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of personal information 80 level collects, uses, and discloses about you;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- opt out of any sales of your personal information;
- correct inaccuracies in your personal information held by 80 level; and
- limit certain uses or disclosures of your sensitive personal information.
We do not consider the ways we share your information to be a “sale” for purposes of California law, and we will not sell it without providing a right to opt out.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices, although some of the functionality and features available on the Site may change or no longer be available to you as a result of any deletions of your personal information.
We will maintain and use anonymized information in de-identified form and not to attempt to re-identify the information, except that we may attempt to re-identify the information solely for the purpose of determining whether our de-identification processes satisfy the requirements of the California Privacy Rights Act.
80 level does not currently sell your covered information as defined under applicable Nevada law and will not sell it without providing a right to opt out.

- Access and delete certain personal information;
