Nikon's Campaign Reminds That Real World Is As Exciting As AI-Made

"Do not give up on the real world."

Creating photorealistic images using AI is very common nowadays, there are plenty of apps to do just so. Circus Grey Peru and Nikon, one of the most popular companies in photography, released a Natural Intelligence campaign, trying to remind people that amazing, surreal sceneries are all around us in the real world as well. 

In the video, urging to "not give up on the real world", photos of real places are given text prompts that could help generate a similar picture in text-to-image tools. 

"Nikon has an important commitment to all the photographers in the world, who, with their talent and art, allowed us to enjoy the most beautiful and amazing images, which is why it was so important for us to take the initiative and support what has always given us a purpose as a brand, photography," said Charlie Tolmos, the chief creative officer of Circus Grey Peru (via Little Black Book)
