The tool comes with a built-in weather preset system to generate different-looking weather and lighting conditions and tweak them in real-time.
The developer notes that you need to turn on Niagara to display some weather FX such as rain and snow. The pack also includes two example blueprint controllers at "SkyCreatorPlugin Content/Blueprints".
