Substance Designer Gets Pantone Spot Colors

The Substance team has also revealed a new version of Substance Designer.

The latest edition of Substance Designer brings Pantone Spot colors for precision in your design choices, plus the Disable node feature that will help you work faster and smarter.

The main in this update is the ability to use Pantone spot colors directly in Substance Designer. Colors are now  said to be calibrated to provide predictive visualization for production. "This ensures that you will become more productive, more reliable, and more consistent," noted the team. The new feature is said to work from the set RGB value and provide the corresponding Pantone color value.
