According to a report shared by The Game Awards team, the 2021 show has accumulated 85 million views across various platforms, up 2% compared to The Game Awards 2020. The show was streamed across 30 digital networks all across the world, with Twitch alone bringing 3.35 million viewers across different channels. YouTube has also grown 14% since the previous year, amassing 1.75 million hours watched on the official stream, not counting co-streams. Fan voting has also increased by 27% to more than 23.2 million votes.
