Currently, it is only compatible with RTX series video cards.

A modder known as Nukem9 created a universal library for replacing DLSS 3 frame generation technology with FSR 3. Nukem9 used the source code of AMD technology, which had been previously provided to developers by the company.
By replacing the library, frame generation from FSR 3 can be enabled in games that have implemented support for similar technology from NVIDIA, such as Cyberpunk 2077 or The Last of Us Part I. To use the library, it must be placed in the root directory of the games.
This currently only works on NVIDIA GeForce RTX video cards. Nukem9 did not specify whether future support for AMD graphics accelerators will be available. By replacing the library in supported games, FSR 3 frame generation technology can be enabled on PCs with video cards from the RTX 20 and 30 series. DLSS 3 technology, on the other hand, remains exclusive to graphics accelerators from the RTX 40 series.
You can download it from GitHub. Also, Nukem9 emphasized that this implementation of frame generation may be less stable compared to the official one.
