New face, voice, and pronouns can be chosen anew.

Did you once create a monstrosity of a Tav in Baldur's Gate 3 and are now a hostage to their face? Then you'll be happy to hear that you will soon be able to love your creation again as Larian Studios is adding the Magic Mirror to the game in Patch 3, allowing you to change your character's appearance whenever you want.
This handy item will help you easily alter appearance, voice, and pronouns if you've made a mistake in the character creator or if your Tav has realized they are not who they thought they were.
You can only change custom characters (and The Dark Urge I presume), the Origins will have to stay as they are. Unless you use some mods, of course. Note that your race and body type can't be switched – this is something even magic is unable to do.
Patch 3 is going to be big, just as the previous ones, according to Larian, although the studio didn't share any details about it apart from the Mirror and Mac support. It has been slightly delayed once and should be out today, on September 22.
I don't know what the developers are cooking up for this update, but many players are really hoping for optimization and epilogues for their favorite characters.
