You Will:
- Define the strategy and plan to modernize and extend web tooling system, with a focus on design system, especially accessibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and other teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Develop and maintain accessibility guidelines, ensuring it scales effectively across different products and tools.
- Promote standard methodologies for accessibility and provide education on relevant topics to designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and influence within the team.
You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Design, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product design with 2 years in design system, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and tooling projects.
- Expertise in designing for accessibility and a deep understanding of WCAG standards.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand and design for complex workflows and interactions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
