A Futuristic Scene Made With Blender's Geometry Nodes

The artist utilized the nodes to scatter self-randomizing buildings across a landscape.

VFX Artist and Blender enthusiast Ian Hubert has unveiled a stunning new project made with Blender. This time, the artist has created a bleak futuristic environment using the software's Geometry Nodes to scatter self-randomizing buildings across a landscape. According to the creator, the goal of the project was to set up a scene with copy-pasted buildings and make them look like they were not copy-pasted at all.

"The trick I think would be to mix it with "areas of interest", so there are actually specific things to look at, and this setup is as non-distracting as possible to fill out the scene," commented Ian.
