A Walking Apartment Building Made in Blender

The artist utilized the Mech Generator plug-in and drone footage to create this project.

3D Artist Danny Behar, a.k.a. djbehar, unveiled a walking apartment building project made using Blender. To create this fun piece, the artist took a photo of a real house, modeled and textured a digital version of it, using the photo as a guide, and attached mechanical legs to it, made with Curtis Holt's Mech Generator For Blender, a tool for creating mechs and bipedal robots. After rigging, the artist utilized photoscans to create the first environment and drone footage to make the rest of the scenes and inserted the robotic house into them.

We highly encourage you to visit Danny's Instagram page to check out more amazing pieces.
