Breakdown: Making a Digital Train Car Environment in Blender

Ian Hubert revealed how Dynamo Dream's train scene was made.

VFX Artist Ian Hubert, known for creating outstanding projects and add-ons using Blender, shared a new breakdown that describes how Dynamo Dream's digital train environment was created. In case you missed it, Dynamo Dream is an amazing short movie made by Ian using Blender. The movie features some absolutely incredible digital environments that took the artist around three years to complete, and the train scene was one of them.
In the newly-released 45-second-long breakdown, Ian explained how several pictures of a campervan interior were turned into a realistic-looking and customizable digital train car using Blender, showed how the footage was inserted into the digital scene, demonstrated the lighting setup, and more.
