CD Projekt RED Reveals Tesla Cybertruck Design for Cyberpunk 2077

Tesla's upcoming battery electric light-duty truck, Cybertruck, may appear in Cyberpunk 2077. While the developers of action RPG, CD Projekt RED, have not yet officially announced the expansion of the Cybertruck 2077 fleet, they hinted at such a possibility on their Twitter account.

In response to Elon Musk's tweet that the Tesla Cybertruck would be "waterproof enough to serve briefly as a boat, so it can cross rivers, lakes & even seas", CD Projekt RED published concept art of the SUV, made in the style of other cars from Night City.

The rumors about the possible appearance of Cybertruck in Cyberpunk 2077 started circulating back in 2019, however, the car has never appeared in the game.

While most of the vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077 are fictional, there are several licensed vehicles in the game world, including Johnny Silverhand's Porsche 911 II (930) Turbo and ARCH Motorcycle, produced by an American motorcycle manufacturer founded by Keanu Reeves.

Perhaps, Tesla Cybertruck may join these licensed vehicles in one of the future updates for Cyberpunk 2077.
