Check Out an Impressive Upper Torso & Arms Rig Made in Maya

Sakura Mochi's rigging experiments never cease to amaze.

3D Rigger and Animator Sakura Mochi, who specializes primarily in realistic-looking 3D human body rigs, continues the series with one more outstanding sequence. Serving as a perfect reference for any Character Animator, Sakura's new rig captures the natural range of motion of a human's upper torso and arms, showing how their movements affect one another. As before, the artist has kept the details regarding the working process under wraps, revealing only that, like the previous setups, this one was created using Maya's Set Driven Keys and skinning tools.
