Another task for the company.
Ubisoft
Ubisoft is busy with Assassin's Creed Shadows more than we thought: the company is reportedly developing a co-op mode for the game.
No, that's not why the game was postponed until 2025: Insider Gaming says the mode, codenamed LEAGUE, was in development long before the news. As for the reason for the title's delay, the outlet named Star Wars Outlaws' disappointing sales and the decision to address "historical and cultural concerns" raised by players.
The co-op mode will be released after Shadows' launch, but there's no date for now. It is assumed that Naoe and Yasuke will fight side-by-side to destroy enemies.
Another multiplayer experience in the universe to come out in 2025 is Assassin's Creed Invictus. Ubisoft is also working on the Black Flag remake and Hexe.
