According to the announcement, the company's Software Developer Jose Serra will present a more convenient and robust hybrid facial capture pipeline that combines a regression-based, video-driven transfer technique, under partially controlled conditions, with a marker-based tracking approach.
The team commented that their AI and Machine Learning-based approach allows for a faster pipeline that, without loss of quality, has less user intervention than a regular facial mocap workflow.
