Earth From Another Sun: A New FPS Set in Ever-Expanding Multiplayer Galaxy

The game is set to be the beginning of the expansive sci-fi franchise that will feature a number of game modes, epic battles with up to 1000 participants, and numerous unique locations.

Multiverse has released a new trailer for its upcoming space MMO/FPS Earth From Another Sun. According to the developer, the game is set to be the beginning of the expansive blockchain-powered sci-fi franchise and will be a galactic sandbox that features an "ever-expanding multiplayer galaxy with many unique locations to explore, NPCs to meet, quests, and loot to discover."

Earth From Another Sun is going to have several multiplayer game modes, first-person shooter arenas, battle royale modes, and a roguelike game as well as various other experiences, including "collaborations with different art forms."

While playing the game, players can choose how they wish to explore the galaxy – alone or in co-op. While exploring the galaxy, players will have to investigate ancient alien ruins and reclaim powerful weapons and armor, they also can forge diplomatic and romantic relationships, and engage in trading, smuggling, and pirating.

The title promises epic battles with up to 1000 participants in one conflict. Besides, the players will be able to obtain hundreds of unique weapons, weapon mods, abilities, and gadgets to fight numerous enemies, each kind of which has its own unique abilities.

According to the developers, Earth From Another Sun will feature a number of diverse locations, like planets with specific climates and geographical features, various settlements with their unique architectural styles and cultural characteristics, and space stations that players can visit to find some hidden shops and amenities.

The game is set to be built using blockchain technology, although it is not clear what exactly it will be used for. The developer noted that the title will give players the ability to use some design tools to create new characters, quests, loot items, art assets as well as towns and new planets, so probably the game will feature a marketplace of some kind.
