Sanctus has previewed a cool new setup created for Sanctus Library.
Take a look at this impressive procedural tool for Blender that lets the user easily draw realistic-looking moss on 3D surfaces, created by Sanctus, a well-known Procedural Artist, Blender enthusiast, and the creator of Sanctus Library.
Powered by Geometry Nodes, the tool allows one to generate moss by simply drawing lines on objects and provides several customization options, including the color of moss, its distance, and more. According to the artist, the generator was created for Sanctus Library and will be added to the collection with the next update.
Earlier, Sanctus announced that the upcoming version of the library will also include new tools for setting up lighting effects and will introduce an incredible carpet asset that lets you use image textures for the color. We highly encourage you to follow the artist on Twitter so as not to miss any future updates.
In late October, the creator also shipped Sanctus Library 2.8, adding tons of new procedural materials, assets, and tools, support for Blender 4.0, a new content browser, and much more, you can read the full list of improvements and new features over here.
