What an unexpectedly successful launch.
The low-poly FPS BattleBit Remastered was released on June 15 and immediately blew up Steam's best-seller chart. This large-scale game crowned the list yesterday and is currently behind Counter-Strike: Global Offensive only, according to SteamDB, and has already attracted 31,394 concurrent players.
The most amazing thing about this Roblox/Battlefield mix is that it's made by four developers who started working on this idea seven years ago.
At $15, BattleBit Remastered is offering a great time for up to 254 players on a single server and allows them to nearly fully destroy the entire map: the buildings, the skyscrapers, the bunkers, and anything else.
