Machina Fractals Essence Plug-In For Unreal Engine 5 Released

The project includes 9 fractal materials, 32 seamless example textures, 32 color palettes, an emission texture, and lots of fun.

Machina Infinitum has released Machina Fractals: Essence – 3D fractal materials for abstract procedural environment design.

You can customize and animate fractals in real-time with the plug-in. It offers 30 parameters for each fractal material, including different transformation modes that can be combined. You also have control over the color and emission following the fractal shape.

There are 9 levels with 9 different formulas, each one can be animated and tweaked. You can apply textures in different ways or input 3 color gradients directly.

Machina Infinitum notes that the performance varies based on the fractal complexity and which parameter and mode are enabled, so be sure you have an RTX 2080 or faster and 8GB of video memory.

The project includes:

3 uber fractal formulas materials designed for animation rendering and exploration.
6 lite fractal formulas materials for better performance but with fewer parameters, optimized for real-time rendering.
32 seamless example textures for Triplanar mapping.
32 color palettes for fractal coloring.
1 emission texture.

For now, the project doesn't support collision, path tracing render, and auto-focus.
