But there are many other changes coming.

Yesterday, Larian Studios revealed that Minthara has been suffering from a "very, very stupid bug" in Baldur's Gate 3, which blocked about 1,500 of her lines and made her less reactive than expected.
As reported by IGN, it should have been fixed in Patch 2, but Larian then clarified that it's not the case. While the team is working on the issue, it won't be done by the time the next patch rolls out (and it's apparently "around the corner") so you'll have to wait a bit more. But considering how quickly the studio addresses various problems, you will probably get your drow action soon.

But what is Patch 2 going to bring us then? A lot, it'll be pretty big. As I've mentioned before, it will improve co-op, performance, and a "number of other things people have been asking about." The company is going to make Act 3 a little more manageable to walk around and will do so further later with some new technology "that’s been taking a bit longer to release than we expected."
Larian also addressed the cut content data miners found, especially in the epilogue – the weakest part of the game, in my opinion. Apparently, the team removed some stuff because they "didn’t think it worked" and because the cinematics were too long. This was evidently not what players thought, so we'll see extended closures soon, starting with a new optional ending for Karlach, which will be included in Patch 2.
"One of the reasons why we trimmed the epilogue is because we were afraid the ending cinematics were becoming too long and would detract from the epicness of the experience. But clearly, not everyone agrees with us! So we’re going to do something about it.
"We’ve started expanding the epilogues and you’ll see the first results of that in Patch 2 with the addition of a new optional ending with Karlach. It’s fiery, poignant, and gives her the ending she deserves."
And it looks like Baldur's Gate 3's actors will have some work to do, based on Swen Vincke's tweet.
Overall, the studio is listening to its fans and will provide more content and fixes in the future.
