The Last Of Us Part III or something new?

Naughty Dog is looking for talent for its next project. According to the job listings, it's going to be a realistic game featuring some kind of creatures.
The studio is inviting artists to join it in "creating the next generation of award-winning story telling." The descriptions are pretty vague and don't name the game Naughty Dog is dealing with. Many fans are anticipating The Last Of Us Part 3, which also has creatures, and last year there were rumors going around that it was in development.
However, later Neil Druckmann seemingly dispelled them saying that players should "be wary of 'insider' info" as much of it is "false."

This March, he confirmed that the studio had already chosen its next game. "I know the fans really want The Last Of Us Part III, I hear about it all the time," he said. "All I can say is that we're already into our next project, the decision has already been made."
To me, this sounds like we won't see The Last Of Us 3 as soon as we'd like to, and this new work is going to be something else entirely.
Right now, the openings on Naughty Dog's website invite a Lead Environment Concept Artist, a Senior Character Artist, and a Senior Character Concept Artist.
