Recoil-Based Cloth Deformations in Blender

BattleWolf359 showcased a cool new 3D animation with a series of demos.

BattleWolf359, an aspiring CG Artist and 3D Animator, has recently shared a series of demos showcasing a smooth animation sequence of an anime-style girl seamlessly switching between a rifle and a handgun with tactical precision.

Modeled and animated in Blender, the project boasts impressive clothing simulation set up manually by the artist using Blender's built-in tools for adding cloth physics to 3D objects. Furthermore, the simulation is tailored to create the illusion of the clothing responding realistically to the recoil from firing the guns, enhancing the authenticity of the animation.
