Houdini 19 has been out for more than a week now and many people still can't comprehend many of its new features, simply because of the sheer size of the update. To make the learning process easier, SideFX and Peter Quint have released a 3-part walkthrough of the new Vellum Fluids feature in Houdini 19. This tutorial series will show you how to set up Vellum Fluids with collision geometry, how to use the OpenCL-accelerated Minimal Solver, and how to get going on brushing some fluids with the new brush for Vellum Fluids. Plus, the team has released the example files to get up and running.
