Spider-Man's Double Web-Swinging Set Up in Unreal Engine

Developer gibb0 shared a new demo of a fan project showcasing impressive double web-slinging.

We've previously shared a story about a 3D Artist and a Spider-Man fan who goes by the name of gibb0 working on a Spidey project in Unreal Engine. The developer shared several web-swinging demos with different moves and the hero hitching a ride on helicopters throughout New York.

The developer hits the pages of 80 Level again with another amazing demo. gibb0 continues developing the Spider-Man project – this time, the creator showcased double web-slinging. Spider-Man traverses between buildings with ease ready to take down more villains and save New York citizens. What is cool in this case is that the web actually sticks to buildings making the whole mechanic look more believable.

In case you're a fan of Spider-Man and want to set up web-slinging mechanics yourself, we've already shared a tutorial explaining how you can craft similar mechanics inside Unreal. You can find a step-by-step guide going over the process of adding this particular ability with Unreal here.
